# Confirm a commitment is still true

`POST /api/v1/tasks/{id}/confirm`

Records that you checked this commitment is still true, moving `last_confirmed_at` and `review_due_at` a week on (a month on `incubated` and `reference`). Every write that changes a task confirms it too; this is for one you checked and left as it was. Confirm only what you actually checked.

## Parameters

- `id` (path, required)

## Responses

- `200` — The acknowledgement — `get-task` reads the new `review_due_at`
- `404` — No such task
