Live endpoints, never with their tokens. When a source posts and nothing arrives, read `deliveries` first: `filtered` climbing while `accepted` stays at zero is a `match` rule on the wrong field, and `get-ingest-endpoint` shows what it dropped.

## Responses

- `200` — The account's live endpoints, oldest first
- `404` — No such endpoint on this account, or a `suggested_project` that resolves to nothing — and the answer a project-restricted credential gets for every operation here, since the inbox has no project for a restriction to narrow.
