MCPingest-capture
Records something that arrived, verbatim, without deciding anything about it. Resending the same (source, external_id) resolves to the capture already made. The answer is the capture's id and triaged_at.

This operation takes a JSON body. The spec is the contract and it is what the agent reads every turn — seepackages/server/src/rest/openapi/v1/for the shape.
